Strength & Speed Training
We believe that conditioning should never cost you a match. Our students are trained throughout the year and stay in shape. We focus on lower-body strength, core strength, foot speed, balance and agility. Our exercises are designed specifically for the game of tennis.
We also offer personal and group agility/speed/strength camps at all times. These sessions are conducted by Rico Tilley, who was ranked as one of the fastest men in the world in 2001 in the 200m. He is certified by the United States Track and Field as a Level 1 Speed Coach. He can take you to the next level in your overall speed/footwork development which will make a huge improvement on your performance during match play..
